Pine View Personal Care Home in Vandergrift is hiring dependable, caring people to join our team as Personal Care Aides. The best caregivers are not made by a resume. They are made by heart, dependability, and a willingness to learn. If that sounds like you, we will give you the training, certification, and support to become an excellent caregiver. What you will do:

• Help our residents with the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely
• Assist with meals and make sure each resident is comfortable and well cared for
• Watch over residents' wellbeing and report any changes to the team
• Be a friendly, steady presence in our residents' day
• Help keep living areas clean and homelike

What we provide:

• Paid, on-the-job training, including the certification to safely administer medications when applicable. You learn, you grow, and we cover the cost.
• $16.00 per hour to start
• $750 in welcome bonuses your first year (paid as $250 at 90 days, $250 at 6 months, $250 at one year)
