Pine Valley Plumbing, located in Merrimack, NH, is seeking a skilled full-time Customer Service Representative. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $18 - $30 and will begin as a remote role until our new office opens in 2027.

The typical working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This position will begin as a remote role, transitioning to an in-office position when our new Merrimack location opens in 2027.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Your day will include answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, booking service requests, and coordinating technician dispatches through FieldPulse or similar software.

You will follow up with customers regarding estimates, memberships, and completed services, process payments, maintain accurate customer records, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and technicians.

• 1 year of experience using scheduling and dispatching software (FieldPulse or similar)
• Experience handling customer calls, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling
• Familiarity with FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar platforms
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage calls, scheduling, and dispatching simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
