Under the supervision of Residential Supervisor and in collaboration with onsite staff, this position is responsible for monitoring building access, enforcing visitor policies, and ensuring adherence to all organizational guidelines.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in security, concierge, residential services, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting tenant privacy.
- Familiarity with issues related to homelessness, housing, and social services is a plus,
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Bi-lingual – Spanish/English
