Pallet Production & Lumber Crew Member

Join Our Team
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team player to join our 4-person production crew at our wholesale lumber operation in the Osseo/Rogers area.
We manufacture wooden boxes, crates, pallets, and cut-to-size lumber for a variety of customers. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with an experienced crew and have the opportunity to learn and operate a variety of equipment.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely and communicating effectively with a 4-person crew
- Operating various saws, including table saws, band saws, and radial arm saws
- Operating pneumatic nail guns and other production tools
- Safely operating a forklift
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and handling lumber and wood products
- Following production instructions and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
- Performing other general production duties as needed

- Previous experience in the lumber or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience operating saws, nail guns, and/or forklifts is a plus
Previous experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Must be able to safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs
- Must wear required safety glasses and hearing protection every day
- Must be willing to follow all company safety procedures
- Forklift and equipment operation require attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
No weekends.
