Pine Mountain Club Chalets Resort is thrilled to announce that we are hiring full and part-time housekeepers! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are hard-working, energetic, and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Resort Housekeeper, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our chalets according to PMCC Resort standards.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- **Availability**: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- **Transportation**: Reliable transportation is required.
- **Training**: Ability to perform all duties as instructed in training.
- ** Skills and Abilities
Successful housekeepers will possess the following skills and abilities:
- **Attention to Detail**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness while working efficiently.
- **Organization and Thoroughness**: Adhere to the resort’s internal procedures.
- **Physical Capability**: Must be able to move 30 pounds.
- **Reliability**: Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- **Flexibility**: Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
## Education and Experience
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Age Requirement**: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- **Experience**: Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
- **Transportation**: Reliable car required.
- **Customer Service**: A positive attitude and great customer service skills to assist our guests.
