Registered Dietician Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalized nutrition plans for our residents, taking into account their unique dietary needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify and address nutritional deficiencies or changes in dietary needs.
• Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and healthcare staff on proper nutrition and hydration practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the nutritional and medical needs of our residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient nutrition plans, assessments, and progress notes.
• Evaluate and recommend new nutrition products and services to enhance the quality of care and services provided.

Registered Dietician Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Registered Dietician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our residents.
