Every other weekend, 8 am - 4 pm
And 2-3 nights per week (4pm - 8pm)
Receptionist Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Pine Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Philmont, New York. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
- Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate visitations
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and comfortable environment
- Prior experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
