What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Pine Grove School?
Position: Custodian-2nd Shift (PGS/RBS)

Qualifications: Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning utensils and equipment, especially extractors, buffers, and related cleaning equipment. Knowledge of proper building cleaning; and the ability to perform minor maintenance repairs as necessary. The successful candidate will need to display strong interpersonal skills and adapt well to various task demands.
Responsibilities: Basic functions are general building cleaning to include, but not limited to, floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, classrooms, office area and other areas as designated; also responsible for general upkeep of school grounds; works under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.
Terms of Employment: 2nd shift position Monday through Friday. Starting ASAP. Wages and benefits in accordance with the Agreement Between the Avon Board of Education and the National Association of Municipal Employees Local R1-270 A Division of NAGE
