Pine Grill Restaurant is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Host to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with guests, and supporting the front-of-house team during busy dinner services.
Requirements:
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and manage the seating flow in the dining room
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Potentially take to-go orders (phone or in-person)
- Operate the POS system efficiently during service
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly and accurately
- Bus and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
- Assist with general front-of-house cleaning and organization
- Work as part of a team to ensure guests receive excellent service
