What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Renovation Tech position at Pinch A Penny?
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable pool renovation technician to join our liner team. This position involves installing vinyl pool liners, assisting with pool renovation jobs, equipment repairs, plumbing, and general construction-related tasks.
Employee should be comfortable with working outdoors in the Florida heat, being able to lift 50 pounds and heavy lifting throughout the day and working with others on the team to ensure the project and jobs get done efficently and professionally.
Looking for someone who is motivated, detailed-oriented, and takes pride in the quality of workmanship. Construction, pool plumbing and general labor experience is preferred but not required. We are able to train.
Responsibilities include:
- Remove old liner
- Installing new one with gaskets
- Assist in small repairs on site
- Help with concrete repairs
- Prep and cleaning up the job site
- Maintain a clean work environment and work vehicle
