Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of residential swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. As a Pool Technician, you will ensure that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly.
Duties
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform simple equipment replacements.
- Maintain accurate records via company phone & app of service performed on each pool.
- Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs needed, and any additional services offered.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in and around pools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment is a great quality.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
