Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and servicing residential swimming pools to ensure they remain in optimal condition. This position requires hands-on work, customer interaction, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.
- Inspect and clean pool filters, skimmers, and pump baskets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer client inquiries regarding pool maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all tools, chemicals, and equipment are used safely and properly.
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations and follow scheduled service routes.
Requirements:
- Must be available Wednesday - Friday
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals, and water chemistry is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
