Duties
- Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and maintaining water clarity.
- Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorination systems to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs performed on each pool.
- Assist with chemical balancing to ensure safe water quality standards are met consistently.
- Respond promptly to service calls for equipment malfunctions or water quality concerns.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and others from hazards.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment efficiently.
- Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Prior service technician experience or similar roles involving technical problem-solving is advantageous.
