Here at Pinch A Penny we love pools and we’re looking to add another technician that feels the same way! We specialize in providing top-notch pool cleaning services, and we’re looking for a dedicated, reliable, and upbeat individual to help us keep our customers’ pools sparkling clean.
We train on route for two weeks (longer if needed) to ensure that you understand the way we do our service, our tablets and water testing.
This is a FULL-TIME position 7 AM - 3 PM on average
Our ideal applicant would have the following characteristics:
- The ability to problem-solve
- Take pride in their work
- Be highly dependable and honest
- Have great communication skills
- Have good customer service skills
- Possess pool equipment and chemistry knowledge
- Familiarity with technology (routes are done on tablets)
- Have good attention to detail
Job Summary
- Maintain 75-90 residential pools weekly
- Perform routine maintenance
- Identify equipment issues
- Perform the duties outlined in each service plan
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Be at least 21 years of age (for insurance reasons)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload (Regularly lift 40 pounds)
- Good Communication Skills, for problems detected in the field
