Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Hot Tub Repair Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing Hot Spring spas and other hot tub brands. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and performing hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs.
Prior hot tub repair experience is required for this position's candidate.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs and spas at customer homes.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, heating, and control system issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service.
- Replace pumps, heaters, control boards, jets, covers, and other spa components.
- Educate customers on proper spa operation and maintenance.
- Complete service paperwork and document repairs accurately.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
