What are the responsibilities and job description for the Massage Therapist position at Pinamonti Physical Therapy & Wellness Center?
Pinamonti Wellness Center is looking for a massage therapist to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, and Chair Massage required. In addition, experience in prenatal therapy, aroma therapy, hot stone therapy, cupping, and knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities preferred.
- Candidate must have strong customer service skills, be effective in both oral and written communication, be adept at self-promotion as well as be comfortable communicating various corporate promotions to clients.
- Candidate must also assist in cleanliness of therapy rooms as well as common areas and also be willing to assist in scheduling and front desk duties.
- Must be punctual and reliable in attendance, and must also be flexible in schedule availability that includes some weekends.
Qualification Education & Experience
- Candidate must be certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork with a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school with a certificate of completion, as well as any other certification/licensure as may be required by law.
