- Assist PHSD clients with information and services for a variety of
Women Infants & Children (WIC) program, and other nutritional
counseling programs and support services and perform duties within
scope of authority and training and in compliance with County
policies.
- Work with high priority and complicated client counseling cases and
- Monitor inventory of CHNP supplies and re-order supplies as needed
- Interview clients, document income status and current living
- Evaluate clients\' nutrition and health-related needs, discuss and

- Counsel and educate clients on proper nutrition practices, provide
programs, and refer clients to other service providers as needed.

- Two (2) years of professional work experience in public health
- Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

- Successful completion of training programs by Arizona Department of
