Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and community platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach via phone, email, and text
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers at community locations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support job fairs, campus recruiting events, and local hiring events
- Help develop recruiting materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email templates
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare basic reports
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university in ARIZONA OR UTAH (preferred majors include Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Interest in recruiting, HR, healthcare, or senior services preferred
- Real-world recruiting and HR experience in a growing healthcare industry
- Exposure to high-volume and community-based hiring
- Development of professional communication and interviewing skills
