What You'll Do
- Source and screen candidates for open positions across our senior living communities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork processes
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting
- Partner with community leadership to understand staffing needs
- Direct exposure to healthcare administration and operations in a growing senior living organization
- Practical experience in talent acquisition, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Mentorship from HR and recruitment professionals
- A flexible schedule designed to work around coursework
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in healthcare administration, human resources, business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Prior recruiting/HR experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right candidate
- Part-time, 15–25 hours per week
- $25/hour
- Remote — applicants must reside in AZ, UT, WA, ID, or NM
