- Available shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Externship & Job Placement:
- Source externship sites via cold calls, networking, and alumni engagement.
- Match students with externships based on skills assessments and instructor feedback.
- Conduct site visits to monitor student progress and address challenges.
- Career Coaching:
- Lead workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and job-search strategies.
- Advise graduates on optimizing portfolios (resumes, certifications, references, etc.).
- Data & Documentation:
- Track externship/job placements, employer contacts, and student progress in Campus Nexus.
- Ensure compliance with externship requirements (background checks, certifications, etc.).
- Partnership Building:
- Collaborate with faculty, employers, and Advisory Boards to enhance graduate employability.
- Represent the school at job fairs, graduations, and community events.
- Experience: 2 years in recruitment, staffing, or career services.
- Skills:
- Stellar communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Mindset: A proactive, empathetic approach to guiding diverse students toward success.
- Education: Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Pay: $22.88–$27.46/hour
