The Campus Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive student and faculty experience while driving the success of the campus and Pima Medical Institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the campus operations.
- Ensure compliance with regional and national accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive academic and student affairs program that fosters an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Manage campus budgets, resources, and fund allocations effectively to support institutional goals.
- Cultivate relationships with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to enhance educational offerings and support services.
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention efforts for faculty and staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and assess campus performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Campus Director, Campus President, or a similar leadership position in a private higher education setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of higher education accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation practices within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
- Hiring Range: $120,000 to $157,080
