The Audio Visual Engineer designs, deploys, and supports enterprise AV systems across conference rooms, training spaces, and executive collaboration environments. This role ensures reliable, standardized AV solutions aligned with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise technology standards, with a strong focus on executive‑level support.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and support enterprise AV systems (audio, video, control, and collaboration platforms)
- Provide white‑glove AV support for Executives, boardrooms, and leadership meetings
- Ensure executive spaces are meeting‑ready, proactively tested, and highly reliable
- Serve as escalation support for complex or high‑visibility AV issues
- Maintain AV standards, documentation, and lifecycle planning
- Partner with IT, Facilities, and vendors on AV projects and upgrades
Qualifications
- 5 years of enterprise AV experience
- Strong knowledge of audio signal flow, video systems, and collaboration technology
- Experience supporting executive environments, town halls, and high‑stakes meetings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
- CTS/CTS‑D/CTS‑I a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot calmly under pressure and deliver a polished executive experience
