Are you a seasoned IAM expert with deep Transmit Security platform expertise? We are seeking a Technical Lead who can design, implement, and scale enterprise-class identity & access management (IAM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of secure authentication/authorization using Transmit Security Journeys, WebSDK, and AuthScript.
- Architect and deploy scalable, cloud-native IAM solutions integrated with enterprise frameworks.
- Develop secure REST APIs & microservices with Java & Spring Boot.
- Configure OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0 federated SSO.
- Implement adaptive & risk-based authentication for high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation (Ansible, Puppet).
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and governance across security teams.
- Ensure compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA).
- Transmit Security platform (Journeys, WebSDK, AuthScript).
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, J2EE expertise.
- IAM protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0.
- Experience in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Risk-based authentication, fraud prevention workflows, passwordless (FIDO2/WebAuthn).
- Integration with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, Azure Sentinel).
- Background in regulated industries (Banking, Healthcare, Insurance).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IS, or related field.
- 12–15 years in Java & IAM solutions.
- 8–10 years in Transmit Security implementations.
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
