Position Overview
This role focuses on delivering scalable and efficient Archer applications that support risk assessments, compliance initiatives, controls management, issue tracking, and continuous monitoring activities across the organization.
Must Have Requirements:
- Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
- OR
- Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification
- Strong experience with RSA Archer platform architecture and application configuration
- Experience with:
- REST APIs and web services integrations
- JavaScript and jQuery customizations
- Workflow and application development
- Technical documentation and change management processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support RSA Archer solutions including:
- Assessment & Authorization (A&A)
- Controls Assurance Program Management
- Issues Management
- Custom Archer applications
- System integrations
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into:
- Solution designs
- Configuration specifications
- User stories
- Implementation plans
- Configure and customize Archer functionality including:
- Forms, workflows, questionnaires, and surveys
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Calculations and data relationships
- Data imports and automated integrations
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services with enterprise platforms such as ITSM, CMDB, and risk systems
- Create client-side enhancements using JavaScript and jQuery
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including:
- System configurations
- Integration specifications
- Testing documentation
- Change management artifacts
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing performance
- Support user adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
