Additionally, you will gain knowledge of the midstream water business including Salt Water Disposal facilities and pipelines. The internship may include a summer project to be completed and presented at the end of the internship period. This position will be in Houston, Texas. Salary commensurate with experience.

Essential Job Duties
- Supports all Engineering and Planning functions by performing daily tasks and assisting with projects.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other written materials.
- Maintains high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy when working on complex projects.
- Makes recommendations to improve processes.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings.
- Maintains confidentiality and integrity when working with sensitive information and materials.
- Complete projects and make recommendations.
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines.
- Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.
- Assist with other duties as assigned based on company needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a 4-year college bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to interact/communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and management.
- Prior internship experience in the oil and gas industry.
- On track to graduate in December 2026 or May 2027.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
