Position Summary:
This role works independently with guidance to administer compensation programs, maintain multiple timelines, and resolve team member compensation related problems. This is the first point of contact for managers and team members regarding compensation questions and is responsible for administering compensation programs and insuring they align with the Company's compensation philosophy and all legal requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide salary recommendations to Recruiters and Leaders throughout the organization
- Conduct job and market analyses to determine pay range and Fair Labor Standards Act status of positions
- Work with leaders across the company to address compensation related concerns and assist in annual labor budget process
- Assist in creation and maintenance of job architecture, including job levels and pay bands
- Assist in change management around job architecture, coaching leaders across the company on using job levels correctly
- Conduct analysis of existing teams and functions to audit compensation against the market and job architecture, and make recommendations for any adjustments to compensation
- Participate in salary surveys, conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends
- Administer compensation plans and programs and ensure they adhere to all legal requirements and the company compensation philosophy
- Run monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive compensation programs including sales incentives
- Lead the annual merit process in Workday
- Conduct wage and hour audits to ensure FLSA compliance
- Support a pay for performance philosophy across the company
- Investigate and resolve team member compensation related problems
- May informally supervise lower-level analysts or generalists
- Work independently, managing multiple timelines and priorities
- Maintains compliance with all PTL policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of Compensation experience, demonstrating a growing understanding of the fi
- Manage multiple timelines and competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain compensation concepts to leaders and team members
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel
- Workday experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Compensation, HR, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience required
Working Conditions:
- Extended schedule may be required as dictated by management and business needs
- Must be able to occasionally lift as much as ten (10) lbs.
- May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time
- May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard
