Pilot is seeking a high-performance Sales Hunter to drive new business growth in our network deployment, low-voltage cabling, and national rollout services division. This role is laser-focused on net-new logo acquisition, targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations with multi-site infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Aggressively identify, target, and win net-new customers across industries such as retail, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise IT
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic account targeting
- Penetrate target accounts and engage decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, Facilities leaders)
Solution Selling
Position Pilot's capabilities in:
- Structured cabling (copper & fiber)
- Network infrastructure deployment
- Multi-site rollouts and refresh programs
- Low-voltage systems (WiFi, cameras, access control, IoT infrastructure)
Develop compelling value propositions around speed, consistency, national coverage, and execution quality
Lead discovery, scope development, and solution alignment with internal engineering/operations teams
Deal Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Drive complex deals (RFP responses, Multi-location bids, Enterprise MSAs and rollout programs)
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while winning strategic business
Strategic Account Penetration
- Develop account plans for high-value prospects
- Build long-term relationships that expand into recurring rollout and refresh opportunities
- Identify upsell opportunities across Pilot's broader service offerings
Requirements
*5 years of hunter sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Low-voltage cabling/structured cabling
- Network deployment services
- Field services/national rollouts
- Telecom or infrastructure services
*Proven track record of closing $100k-$1M deals
*Demonstrated success selling into multi-tier or enterprise environments
*Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals
*Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain client satisfaction
*Knowledge of technology solutions such as networking, cloud services, and broadband services
*Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and market trends
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in tailoring messages to diverse audiences
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
*Willingness to work remotely and travel for client meetings, as needed
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
*Prior experience in technology sales or B2B sales is a plus
