Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and optimization of the firm’s marketing technology stack, ensuring existing tools are leveraged while evaluating new ones for potential adoption.
- Plan and implement AI and automation initiatives that accelerate department response times, improve client experience, and surface new business opportunities faster.
- Maximize existing marketing technology tools, advancing marketing automation, CMS integration, and data governance, including innovation pilots and product launches
- Upskill the Strategy & Marketing team to maximize technology adoption
- Oversee technical training, change management, and vendor partnerships
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 7 years of marketing technology experience
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Expertise in CRM, automation platforms, analytics, and system integration
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives
