We're looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our growing Las Vegas team as Client Scheduling Representatives.
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 per year
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping individuals take the next step toward finding health coverage.
You'll work directly with prospective clients, coordinate appointments, answer questions, and help create a smooth experience throughout the process.
Training provided, when applicable.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals interested in health coverage
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Learn about each individual's needs and provide next steps
- Coordinate follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client and scheduling records
- Work with team members to support a positive client experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Able to manage multiple conversations and scheduling tasks
Previous scheduling, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
