We're expanding our Las Vegas/Henderson team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives.
Compensation: $62,000–$85,000 per year
This is a client-facing opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and building relationships in a professional office environment.
You'll work directly with individuals exploring health insurance options, helping them understand available coverage and providing guidance throughout the process.
This position includes health insurance sales and enrollment responsibilities, with training and ongoing support available.
What You'll Do
- Speak with individuals seeking information about health coverage
- Learn about their needs and answer questions
- Explain available plans and benefits in an approachable way
- Assist clients with coverage selection and enrollment
- Coordinate follow-up and provide clear next steps
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
