Job Summary:
The Driver / Maintenance position is a combined hybrid role responsible for safely transporting participants on scheduled routes and supporting daily property maintenance needs between or around transportation assignments. This position helps create a safe, respectful, and pleasant experience for the people we serve while assisting with routine facility, vehicle, and property maintenance tasks assigned each day.

Essential Functions: Essential functions include safe transportation, passenger assistance, vehicle readiness, daily trip documentation, routine facility and property support, basic maintenance task, timely reporting of safety concerns, and respectful interaction with the people Pillar serves.
Hours: This position supports early morning and late afternoon transportation routes, Monday through Friday, with maintenance support scheduled between or around transportation needs. The schedule may be full-time, split shift, or part-time based on operational needs and employee availability.
This position reports to the appropriate Transportation and Maintenance supervisors based on daily assignments and operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
