**Job Summary:**
The part-time Driver is responsible for transporting participants on scheduled routes and assisting with daily transportation assignments. This position aims to create a safe, respectful, and pleasant experience for the individuals we serve while also handling routine facility, vehicle, and transportation maintenance tasks assigned each day.

**Essential Functions:**
Essential functions include providing safe transportation, assisting passengers, ensuring vehicle readiness, documenting daily trips, performing routine facility maintenance, reporting safety concerns, and interacting respectfully with the individuals served by Pillar.
**Hours:**
This position supports early morning and late afternoon transportation routes, Monday through Friday. The schedule may be full-time, split shift, or part-time based on operational needs and employee availability.
