CNC MILL Operator
$24-$26/hour | Full-Time | Day Shift (4-9’s 1-4 Mon–Fri)
About the Role
Pillar Machine is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Operator who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right. This is a hands-on role in a well-equipped, team-oriented shop where your skills are valued and your work directly contributes to high-quality, industry-leading woodworking machinery.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts
- Keep jobs organized, efficient, and on schedule while maintaining strict quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining challenges and adjust processes as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team in a safety-focused shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of CNC machining experience (mills)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently
- Experience with GibbsCAM is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working to deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Knowledge of shop safety procedures
