Pillar Brands
Fresno, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 3/5/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/30/2026

Company Description

Pillar Brands partners with Christian, faith-driven organizations that are serious about growth and stewardship. We work with churches, ministries, schools, and nonprofits that want their message to resonate clearly and their marketing to produce measurable outcomes. By asking sharper questions and aligning positioning with audience behavior, we build strategic marketing systems that move organizations from intention to traction.

We are known for clear communication, honest counsel, and seamless execution. Our clients trust us because we combine conviction with competence — creative work backed by performance data, and strategy grounded in real-world results. This role is central to that standard. As we scale, we’re looking for a leader who can build strategy, sharpen accountability, and help build a marketing engine that delivers consistent, sustainable growth for the missions we serve.

Role Description

Pillar Brands is looking for a senior marketing lead who doesn’t just do marketing, but shapes it. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, data, and execution, setting the tone for how we think, plan, and act on behalf of our clients and the agency itself. You’ll lead our marketing efforts and partner closely with leadership to drive high-impact campaigns that connect with Christian audiences and deliver measurable growth.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” gig. You’ll build the roadmap, help the team navigate bumps, and hold the line on excellence. If you thrive in an environment where ideas meet execution and results matter, we want you.
