Lead Operator will ensure all the company’s safety, food safety plan and CGMP policies are being followed.The leadwill be in constant communication withthe ProductionSupervisor/Manager to ensure all production goals are being met.

- Ensure all employees adhere to all the company’s safety guidelines.
- Ensure the food safety plan and CGMPs are being followed: report any non-compliance anomalies to the management.
- Must be able tooperateall areas in the rendering; Receiving, Cooker, Feather, Grinding Room, Load Out, Yard Dog, Forklift, Skid, StreetSweeper,and Yard Cart.
- Ensure cleanliness of the rendering and offal areas.
- Review food safety documents before final review by PCQI.
- Fillin for all absentees.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to communicate in oral and written formats.
- Must understand the fundamental principles of manufacturing.
- Mustpossesseffective communication skills.
