Job Description

- Process product using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
- Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety issues.

- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by effectively communicating with colleagues and leadership.
- Recognize and act on incidents and safety risks.
The job requires working shifts, including Saturdays, and being willing to work close to other employees at some stations less than 3 feet apart.
