This role ensuresoptimalequipment performance, reliable utility systems, and efficient facility operations while leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance team responsible for repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, facilities, and utility systems.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensuretimelyand effective completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure consistent execution and equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and support team members in problem-solving and technical development.
- Support facility improvements and manage procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies to drive efficient operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:High School Diploma or GEDrequired;Bachelor’sdegree preferred;
- Experience:Minimum3years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing. Experience with processing equipment and industrial maintenance systems;
- Skills:Working knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs/electrical systems, proficiency in plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills and ability to support maintenance systems, and ability to become Haz-Mat team qualified.
- Schedule:Monday – Friday with weekends as needed;

- Base salary rangeof $69,135 - $84,000
- Discretionary Bonus:This position is eligible toparticipatein the Company’s tri-annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
