HATCHERY EMBREX

Descripton

• This position is responsible for performing various tasks in the hatchery while following all Company Safety and Animal Welfare Policies. Primary responsibility is overseeing theEmbrextransfer process of the hatchery.
• Oversee the egg transfer process.
• Ability to mix vaccine by following the SOP.
• Start up and Shut Down of transfer equipment.
• Ensure machines are working properly to prevent egg damage.
• Clean and sanitize Embrex machine, buggies, and flats.
• Ability to keep up with vaccine and supplies inventory and let management know when vaccines or supplies need to be ordered.
  
  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization storage areas,Embrexequipment, work area.
• Document machine status and perform light maintenance as required.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to withstand continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead repetitively.
• Ability to squat 50 lbs. repetitively.
