Live Receiving
Responsibilities
- Live hang
- Back-up the finishing machine to ensure all birds meet Animal Welfare standards
- Forklift driver
- Loading and unloading drawers
- Safely and efficiently load and unload drawers of birds off the shuttle trucks
- Keep work area clean and picked up at all times
- Reports any equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to the supervisor or lead person immediately
- Other duties as required
- Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience: Poultry, live animal or manufacturing experience is a plus. Fork lift experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills, ability to comprehend instructions and apply common sense, have strong attention to detail, and must be a team player.
- Physical requirements: Ability to work in a dusty, hot environment
- Schedule: Nights 7:45pm 4:45am
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Base salary: $22.65 Plus $1.00 Shift Differential
