What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager - Presale (In-Office) position at Pilates Addiction?
The Regional Sales Director at Pilates Addiction will be supporting studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio. The RSM will be responsible for ensuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening and Grand Opening. Position reports directly to the Director of Presale
Responsibilities:
Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale sales plan
Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and Studio Managers
Review studio operations with the SM and the Franchise Owner
Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
Coach studios on Sales & Operations best-practices
Advise on Presale, Soft Open, Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs
Requirements:
Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
Pre-sale or start up experience preferred
Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
Experience with grassroots marketing
Experience with MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
