As a Studio Manager, your leadership, sales skills ,and organizational skills will drive the success of our studio. This dynamic role combines sales, community engagement, administrative excellence with team management, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional experience for clients.
You’ll oversee the launch of the studio and eventually the daily operations from scheduling, vendor relations, customer retention , and staff development. Responsibilities
- As we launch- consistent outbound daily calls for several hours. You will be the sole sales person until 2-3 weeks before launch
- Ability to engage in the community, set up events and network.
- Flexible schedule. You will want to be in the studio when it is busiest - this includes weekends -and attend community events on the weekends.
- Manage daily studio operations, including front desk activities, multi-line phone systems, and client check-ins to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee scheduling of classes and staff shifts using calendar management tools to optimize studio capacity and client satisfaction.
- Supervise staff members, providing training & development opportunities to enhance their skills in customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and maintaining employee files to foster a motivated team environment.
- Plan and execute special events or workshops that promote studio engagement and community building within the wellness space.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales and outbound calling. Preferred if part of a previous studio launch.
- Strong customer experience skill set.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in filing, calendar management, and record keeping.
- Experience supervising teams with a focus on training & development to foster growth and maintain high service standards.
- Ability to coordinate event planning activities that enhance client engagement and studio visibility.
