About Pilates Addiction
Pilates Addiction is an exciting new national Pilates brand bringing a modern, Reformer-based workout and premium boutique studio experience to communities across the country.
Our new Denver studio is preparing to open, offering a unique opportunity to help build the business from the ground up—growing our founding membership community, developing a great team, and creating an exceptional member experience.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Studio Manager to help launch and grow our new Denver studio. This role leads membership growth, sales, team management, community engagement, member experience, and studio operations.
We want someone who takes initiative, owns results, communicates proactively, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Membership Growth
Membership growth is the #1 priority of this role.
  • Personally drive membership sales and studio sales goals.
  • Build prospect relationships through calls, personalized texts, tours, events, and face-to-face conversations.
  • Maintain consistent outbound sales activity and disciplined follow-up.
  • Understand prospect needs, build value, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Track performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion.
  • Lead Sales Associates by example and build an accountable sales culture.
2. Grassroots Marketing & Community Partnerships
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, apartments, universities, schools, wellness organizations, employers, and community groups.
  • Develop and execute grassroots events and local activations.
  • Generate qualified leads, ensure timely follow-up, and track results.
  • Represent Pilates Addiction in the community and create excitement around our opening.
3. Team Leadership & Studio Management
The Studio Manager reports directly to the Owner and serves as the day-to-day business and operations leader, working closely with the Lead Educator, who leads the Pilates educator team.
  • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and manage Sales Associates.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Educator on staffing, member experience, events, and studio needs.
  • Set priorities, hold the team accountable, and maintain clear communication with the Owner.
  • Make routine operating decisions within established policies and budgets; escalate significant personnel, financial, policy, or contractual matters to the Owner.
  • Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performing studio culture.
4. Member Experience & Operations
  • Deliver a welcoming, polished, premium member experience that supports retention and referrals.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of studio presentation.
  • Identify issues early, bring solutions, and take ownership of commitments and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales ability is our #1 hiring priority.
  • Proven sales success, preferably in fitness, hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, or a membership/service-based business.
  • Confident relationship-builder who enjoys selling and is motivated by results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented.
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Boutique fitness/presale experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to start soon is strongly preferred.
