Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support (Approx. 50%)
- Manage vendor onboarding for summer events
- Collect and verify W‐9s and required documentation
- Check vendors against the debarment database
- Enter and maintain vendor information in internal systems
- Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and compliance
Development Support (Approx. 50%)
- Enter donor and gift information into CRM
- Maintain clean, accurate donor records
- Support Development team with data hygiene and reporting needs
- Boomerang CRM experience is a strong plus
What You Bring
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM or donor databases (Boomerang preferred)
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Teams and SharePoint
