Job Summary: A vacation rental business located in downtown Ocean Shores is looking for a reliable part-time Housekeeper to join our team. This is a year-round position with flexible hours between 11am and 4pm. You can select your preferred workdays, though Sundays are required. As a Housekeeper, you will be essential in keeping our properties clean and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including laundry, mopping, vacuuming, dishwashing, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning.
- Handle spot cleaning as necessary and ensure all areas are sanitized and tidy.
- Inspect properties for damage, maintain inventory, and report missing items promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all properties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests.
- Knowledge of cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning standards is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to cleaning procedures.
Compensation:
- $20 per hour for general housekeeping tasks.
- $19 per hour for laundry tasks (optional laundry shifts).
