We are a patient-focused, fast-growing general dental practice seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at patient communication, case presentation, and coordinating comprehensive dental and orthodontic treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Coordinate general dentistry and orthodontic treatment cases
- Review insurance benefits, financial options, and payment plans
- Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless case flow
- Track case acceptance and treatment outcomes using practice analytics
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator in a dental practice
- Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software
- Experience using Dental Intel for case tracking and performance metrics
- Background or hands-on experience with orthodontic treatment planning
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, patient-centered attitude
