Job Description
A 911 Dispatcher is responsible for processing emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and information. Must be able to communicate with the proper authorities via telephone and radio communication systems. In this role, duties will include determining the location and nature of the emergency stressful situations.
Shifts are 12 hours and rotate days biweekly. Holidays, nights, and weekends are required. A comprehensive background check is required.

Rate of Pay
- Telecommunicator 1: $22.66 (1st year)
- Telecommunicator 2: $25.60 (2nd year)
- Telecommunicator 3: $27.44 (3rd year)
- Telecommunicator 4: $29.96 (8th year)
