Volunteer Services is currently seeking adult and student volunteers. We currently have 3 categories of volunteers High School, at least 16 years old and a Sophomore, College and Adults, adults, primarily not in school. When applying, please indicate which category you are.

Looking for an alternative way to volunteer? Help by donating items to patients at PIH Health Downey. PIH Health Downey offers our patients comfort through donated items that our Comfort Cart volunteers pass out when they round patient floors.

• coloring books for adults with crayons
• drawing/sketching pads

Do you sew? Knit? Crochet? Pottery? Share your creative handmade items with our patients! Donations may include....

• blankets
• beanies
• pillows
• cozy socks/slippers
• homemade Cards (Congratulations/Get Well).
  
  

This is a great way to volunteer by doing what you love, from the comfort of your home. With your kindness and donations, we're able to uphold our mission by putting Patients First and overall enhance our patient's experience.
