License Vocational Nurse (LVN), Transitional Care Unit, Full-time Days

Provides direct patient care under the direction/supervision of a registered nurse. Provides treatments, procedures and clerical duties as defined and within the legal boundaries of the Licensed Vocational Nurse Scope of Practice and accepts responsibility for individual nursing actions, competence, decisions and behavior in the course of vocational nursing practice.

Required Experience

Required: 

• Current California LVN license
• Intravenous and Blood Withdrawal Certification (within six months of employment)
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• LA City Fire card within 6 months of employment
