Waitstaff/Hostess

Pignones Cafe in Stoneham, MA is currently hiring for Waitstaff!!

We are seeking efficient and growth oriented individuals looking to play a role in the operations of our Front of House. We are a full service and fast paced breakfast restaurant looking to grow at a fast pace during 2026. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and strong communication skills. The role involves holding a high standard of cleanliness, a commitment to excellence, providing customers with a consistent and high level of quality. Prior experience in food service is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to be successful.

Duties:

• Communicate directly with customers and relay orders clearly to kitchen
• Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the Front of House
• Elite communication amongst waitresses and FOH staff
• Prepare your stations for the day
• Closing down the FOH at the end of day
• Tracking inventory and notifying management of any shortages and/or items needed
• Minimizing waste
• Communicating problems and working with the team to solve

Qualifications:

• Food safety certifications preferred (TIPS)
• Previous serving experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts

The pay range listed on really.com reflects the minimum wage of $6.75 plus tips which will get you to a minimum rate of $15.50/hr.
