Event Coordinator

Event CoordinatorCompany:Pig Minds Brewing Co.Pig Minds brewing Co., is currently seeking a creative and passionate Event Coordinator to join our team. The position will be responsible for working with our management team in planning revenue generating events that align with our brewery atmosphere, as well as private events. The Coordinator will be monitoring and overseeing these events from preparation through teardown, while cooperating with clients to ensure there is an overall satisfaction of all participants.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram. Strong copywriting skills; ability to shift tone and voice with ease
• Capacity to take direction and pivot as needed Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on occasionEvents: Manage all aspects of events from set up to break down and staffing
• Work in a fast-paced environment while becoming accustom to a wide variety of guests Extremely detail-oriented and professional with the ability to motivate and direct others to success with a contagious positive attitude
• Organize Weddings, Baby showers, Birthdays, Engagements, Retirements, Trivia, Opry Jamboree Jam Sessions, Beer & Yoga, Paint and Sip, Bags Tournaments, Oktoberfest and annual celebrations etc.

Provide exemplary customer service Work with outside vendors to make sure each event and guests have everything necessary to make it successful Assist with food and beverage service when needed
