Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is excited to announce the opening of our 15th location – and our 2nd in The Villages (Southern Trace) this October! We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Carryout Team Members to join our Opening Team.
Location: 3539 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages, FL
Hiring Interviews: September 10 – October 3, 2025 (or until slots are filled)
Orientation: Monday, October 6 – Mandatory (AM & PM options)
Training: October 7 – 11 – Mandatory (AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Carryout
A Carryout Team Member at Piesanos enjoys working with the guest to ensure our mission, has a friendly and outgoing personality, and is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. You’ll be the connection between our kitchen and guests on-the-go, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and handled with care.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist carryout guests with warmth and professionalism.
Answer phones and take orders accurately through our POS system.
Package food and beverages to company standards for freshness and presentation.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Handle credit card/cash transactions and keep an accurate cash drawer.
Learn and master menu items and daily specials to answer guest questions.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused.
Previous restaurant/guest service experience preferred, but not required.
Must be 17 and authorized to work in the U.S.
